Living in Florida year-round it can be easy to forget how gorgeous it is here. It’s one of those things that we easily take for granted… Thankfully for us our out-of-town clients regularly get us out gallivanting around and discussing what it’s like to live here. Each time we do a session for an out-of-town guest it makes us think ‘Man… we are really fortunate.”

A few weeks ago the Swain family visited Panama City Beach for their vacation and we had the opportunity to photograph them while they were here. Their session was unique because it involved two different, but closely-related, families. Patrick and I shot this session together, so after we photographed the family pictures he went with the older girls (sisters) while I laid face-down in the sand for their daughter’s 6 month portraits.

We had a great time getting to know them and rolling around in the sand (ok, I’ll admit that was just me…). It is our hope that these photos leave them feeling fortunate not only for beautiful scenery, but for salty little toes, warm sunshine, big hugs, and a family that exudes love…
