In addition to weddings and portraits, we (Holly and Patrick) spend a fair amount of time doing commercial and editorial photography. It provides a nice change of pace to our sometimes hectic schedule and allows us to chill with our cameras, gathering our chi. On some assignments we go out as a team, and others we’ll shoot independently. Lately it seems like we’ve been doing more and more of these assignments for companies like Counts Real Estate, iSirona, Homes and Land and others. Several of our images have landed on magazine covers and corporate websites, and whenever we see them we can’t help but do a little happy dance.

Here are a few images that we have taken during recent real estate shoots for various clients.

This image was shot for Waterhaven and was featured on a recent Homes and Land cover.

This image, below, was for a project with Counts Real Estate.

How about the next one? If you guessed Waterhaven again you are correct! This shot was taken a month later for a different cover. We provided the client with several different options, but this is the one we liked best… Most likely because it was hot and it made us want to go kayaking…
